Wills and Powers of Attorney

We can help you put in place robust arrangements to protect your family and provide for your preferred beneficiaries after your death. It is important that you review your Will and Power of Attorney arrangements regularly and we recommend no less than 5 year intervals. Life goes in cycles and what was appropriate 7 – 10 years ago may no longer reflect your priorities

We can assist you with:

  • Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Holistic approach to ensure consistency between arrangements such as wills and relationship property agreements

The New Zealand system of ownership of land includes a government-guaranteed system of title. Once you are registered as owner, the state guarantees your ownership and the boundaries, location and area of the land, and will provide compensation for an owner’s loss through fraud or mistake
